Mark Panthofer joins Lontra as Vice President, Professional Services
Industry veteran to lead Lontra’s expert team of ITSM and ITFM practitioners

Panthofer brings more than 20 years of service delivery experience to Lontra. Before joining the company, Mark served as Vice President of Professional Services for NVISIA, an enterprise application architecture firm based in Chicago. Prior to NVISIA, he held technical leadership roles with companies including Northwestern Mutual, Metavante and Lakewood Technologies.
