Experienced software industry professional brings extensive knowledge to Lontra’s finance department

Redwood City, CA – October 23, 2006 – Lontra, Inc., provider of Service Catalog Solutions, announced today the appointment of Suzanne Gueydan as Vice President, Finance.

Gueydan brings to Lontra a lengthy track record of success working with the finance departments of a range of software companies most recently as the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Valchemy, Inc., an M&A software company, during which time she completed its sale to IBM Corporation. Earlier in her career, Gueydan spent eight years as a client service audit manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (formerly Price Waterhouse LLP), where she focused solely on technology clients and worked with IPO and M&A transactions for many of those clients.
