ITSM Expert to bring her renowned knowledge and experience to Lontra as Principal Consultant

Molly Holladay is the reigning “ITIL® Practitioner of the Year” as appointed by Pink Elephant at their 2006 conference. This award is presented to an individual who shows significant commitment to ITIL best practices and is committed to sharing knowledge about ITIL. Her focus to help IT organizations drive customer satisfaction, ensure quality services, and bring transparency to costs has also led her to become the Founder & President of itSMF USA’s Eastern Iowa Local interest Group.
